Paradigm Real Estate Group are experts in the Triple Net (NNN) lease market in the US and offer a unique platform that allows for complete customization of Single tenant investment grade commercial lease properties.

The Triple Net (NNN) Lease is a structure where the tenant is responsible for paying all operating expenses associated with a property. The triple net or NNN lease is considered a “turnkey” investment since the owner is not responsible for paying any operating expenses.

In the United States real estate business, “net lease” is a term used for an arrangement in which the tenant or lessee is responsible for paying, in addition to base rent, some or all of the expenses related to real-estate ownership.
These expenses, often referred as the “three nets”. The tenant or lessee is responsible for:
